Yes, you have the possibility to add the booking calendar to your own, whether it's a Gmail, Yahoo, iCal, etc. one. The process is detailed in the "Settings" > "Calendar Feed". Note that the synchronisation is only possible one way : the booking calendar to your shop calendar.
The booking form is linked to a CRM system which triggers automatically email notifications every time a customer is booking an appointment online to your shop. From the booking platform calendar, you have also the ability to edit or cancel an appointment if you have unexpected event. Note that email notifications are sent both to you and the customers every time an event related to the appointment occurs (confirmation, edition, cancelation).
Yes, if you are facing an increase of traffic in-store, you can easily disable online appointments by using the toggle at the top of your calendar page.
